It’s that time of year again and the Local Enterprise Boards are highlighting their Online Trading Voucher Schemes.

If you have never heard of them, basically it means that if you are an SME and are considering putting on a shop or a ecommerce portal on your existing website or investing in an new online e-commerce website, then the Government via the National Digital Strategy are prepared to offer you vouchers to support this goal. Vouchers are available to a maximum value of €2,500 or 50% of eligible expenditure (Net of VAT), whichever is the lesser.

Because there is a lot of information required before the vouchers are issued, the LocalEnterprise Boards run information seminars to ensure that you qualify and are up to speed before submitting your request for the vouchers.

For those who come up the auspices of the Fingal Local Enterprise Board, the next FREE half-day Information Seminar for the Online Trading Voucher Scheme takes place on 21st September 2015 in the Carnegie Court Hotel, Swords.

It is a condition of applying for the vouchers for applicants to attend this seminar as attendees will be informed of the purpose of the scheme and how to complete the application form and derive best value from their voucher application.
