The Coppertops Story
Way back in 2013, Andrea and Regina founded Coppertops as we had connected with so many small business owners who didn't know how to use digital marketing effectively to sell their products or services but also didn't have the budget to work with some of the existing providers. We felt that they deserved better.
The fear of cost in time and money meant they resisted building a website or a social media campaign, let alone a digital marketing strategy!
Our belief was (and is!) that using the correct strategy, plan and tools - along with some practical training and knowledge - allows businesses to harness the power of online marketing to grow their bottom line.
In 2019, Regina had a change of career and Andrea took the reins to continue running the business and supporting the clients who are at the heart of it under the same values and mission.
Andrea's training and experience ranges from a BSc in Pure and Applied Chemistry to a HDip in IT an a Master in Computer Science which led into web technology. Along with the technical, functional side, she has added training and skills in design, marketing, and understanding how to create and use digital marketing strategies, plans and assets to support growth in the businesses that trust Coppertops as a partner.
It's key to the Coppertops approach that each service is tailored, and our Spark - Catalyst - Fusion tiers align with the approaches that have worked for our clients over the years. Supporting, Collaborating or full on Partnering to suit clients who prefer hands on and those who want to hand it all over means that we can meet each client where they are at and adapt to their changing circumstances as they grow, their business changes, or changes in the world around us and in the technology landscape have an impact.
