Seeking new Coppertop to join our team.

At Coppertops it’s all about people. We built a business based on a strong partnership over 7 years and know that in any business it’s all about personal relationships.

If you need a specific job specification this is not the company for you, the role will change and grow over time and I’m looking for a team to work together to get the job done. There is always something to do and it can be hectic at times, we need people on our team who enjoy being busy and working hard.

We’ve been so lucky to work with amazing clients that deserve the best from us. You must treat each client as a VIP.

Honesty, integrity and trust are key for us in the people that we work with.

Fun is the best way to get through a busy day, so a sense of humour is vital.

Is this you?

Do you have strong web skills, with knowledge of building in WordPress, PHP, CSS and WooCommerce? A good eye for design is a bonus.

Are your standards as high as ours, do you expect highest quality websites that look, function and deliver effectively?

Are you happy to work within existing processes, while also willing and able to suggest improvements and new ideas to continually improve those processes?

Are you able to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively to minimise disruption?

Are you happy to regularly review existing websites to improve performance, security and usability? At Coppertops we don’t “set and forget”, we are continually seeking to improve results for our clients.

There will be plenty of training, but handholding will be minimal so you need to use your common sense and know when to take initiative.

My daughters tell me teamwork makes the dream work and it’s corny but it’s all about the team, which includes our clients.

This will be predominantly a work from home role, so a reasonably good laptop and broadband are essential pieces of kit. During the initial period of training, hours will be coordinated so you aren’t working on your own. After that period the role will become more flexible. Flexibility is a two-way street, the aim is for each member of the team to balance their life with their work.

Initially, this role will be part-time, with a view to increasing to full time as the work increases over the coming months.
